Portion Guidelines
Below is the approximate portion guide for individual tiers of our standard 6" high cakes. The amount of servings each cake will provide is based on the actual serving size of the pieces cut.

Pricing:
Pricing is dependent on the complexity of the project, number of servings, as well as the cake and buttercream flavors.
If the date you are requesting is available, you will be required to place a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be 50% of the total price of your order; an order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. By paying your deposit you are agreeing to the agreeing to the company policies outlined below.
Balance:
The entire balance will be due two weeks prior to delivery or pick up for any and all Weddings; or due upon pickup for celebration cakes. If booking within a two week notice, payment will be due in full at time of booking.

- Butter Cream cakes start at $2.80/serving and up depending on flavor, size and design choices.
- Fondant cakes start at $4.00/serving and go up depending on flavor, size and design choices.

COMPANY POLICIES
CAKE PICKUPS:
1. If you are unhappy with your order, bring the matter to attention before you leave The Little Cake Company in St.Albert. Once you leave with your order, we cannot help you solve any issues – all sales are final.
3. You will be asked to sign a waiver on relatable cakes (3 tiers or more) when picking up the cake yourself. This release states that the order was acceptable upon pickup, and once you leave the bakery, the cake becomes your responsibility.
4. Due to difference in cake sizes and cake board sizes, all cake boxes may not be available for your size of cake.
PAYMENT:
The Little Cake Company in St. Albert requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to book any order.
CANCELLATIONS:
The 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable – this secures your order. Being a small shop, LCC is only able to take a very limited number of custom orders for any given week. We must often decline other orders in order to secure your place- in doing so we ensure that every order we take gets the proper amount of attention devoted to it.
If the cake is paid in full at the time of the cancellation and is within 7 days of pickup, then 50% will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. If 50% of the total was paid and you need to cancel 1 week or less before pickup, no deposit will be returned.
Change of Event Date- Policy
Often times, decorative elements of your cake will need to be made in advance to give enough time for drying. Therefore, a minimum of 72 hours notice is needed in order to change the pickup or delivery date on any custom order. Postponement requests are handled on a case by case basis as availability may be limited for future requested dates.
Allergies and Intolerances:
It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate all food allergies and intolerances before placing an order. LCC can accommodate food allergies and intolerances but cannot guarantee there will be no contamination of a potential allergen.
